Specialty Textile Group (STG) is a US based manufacturing company of luxury textiles and floor coverings. Providing custom, made-to-order goods and fully white glove services for projects involving the most discerning clientele, STG is a leader in creating thoughtful, innovative solutions. The company was established in response to market demand for luxury interior finish materials that are at once sophisticated, enduring and practical. Our facilities are located in North Georgia in effort to promote and preserve the rich heritage of artisan carpet manufacturing known to this region.

STG’s offerings include stock and custom broadloom, pass tufted goods as well as bespoke hand-made carpets. With service to over 20 countries, global fashion influences combine to create a highly diversified direction of product development and design. Our carpets may be found underfoot in fine residences, luxury hotel and retail spaces, private yachts, aircraft and executive offices the world over.

History

STG was founded in 2010 in Cohutta, Georgia, USA, with a simple mission: to listen to our customers and respond with fashion oriented products and customer service that exceed expectations. When we embarked upon this journey, our very first offerings were designed to address a market need of silk-like carpets that are as luxurious and serviceable as they are economical and durable.

Thanks to your help, we’ve grown quite a bit since then, but our commitment to our loyal customers – to listen and respond with ingenuity, quality and service – remains unchanged. Today, our goal is to offer the most advanced floor covering solutions in the industry and back them with unrivaled service.
